A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Martin Skjöldebrand <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Moriarty
System name: moriarty
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
Moriarty will be a projectthat provides the chess community with an database
application to store, edit and retrieve chess problems and studies. It will
provide for historic, current and fairy chess rules - and will be written in
Pascal and available under a free license.
Moriarty will need a standard for exchangeing problem positions and solutions,
much like the PGN standard for chess games - tentatively called PPN (Portable
Problem Notation).
After the explanation say:
Neither Moriarty or PPN exist today, but I\'m working on it.
