A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Alex Bennee <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: PHP Web Proxy
System name: pwp
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
My project is a PHP web-script that acts as a web proxy server. A user goes to
the porixy web site, enters a url and then the PHP script fetches the page
(using the Snoopy PHP class), translates URL\\\'s into proxied URL\\\'s and
then displays the page on the users browser.
It is currently a work in progress but in its current state it can grab text
based pages without any problems and translate most of the links to absolute
proxied links.
There is no current URL for this project as it is not currently hosted
anywhere. A copy of the script has been sent to Loic Dachary and some updates
to the license (and additional README, INSTALL, and LICENSE) files have been
agreed.
