It is unclean whether you want hosting for a software project or just
web hosting. If you just want web hosting, Savannah is not designed for
this purpose, we'd suggest to use Tuxfamily instead. If you need hosting
for a software project, could you resubmit your project with a detailed
description (half page will do).
