A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Jeremy S. Miller <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: quax
System name: quax
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My project is not in working status yet, but when it is it will be a
lightweight fast web publishing system that does not require sql and will have
optional addons to provide extra features.

My projects goal is to make a system

like SIPS, which has seemingly stopped evelopment and to extend and improve on
the ideas it set forth. My project will be all original code and will be
writtin in php.

This project will hopefully become a fast, easy to setup and maintain,
lightweight alternative to current exsistsing systems such as PHP Weblog, PHP
Nuke, Slashcode, etc.. The frontend will be a seires of webpages with admin and
regular user sections. In the future I hope to make addons to do things such as
have photo galleries, and other extra tasks that certain users may want. This
project will try at all times to work on any platform that supports PHP.The
project will contain flat text files for news items and be configurable, and
will try to be as painless as possible to maintain and update. Eventually it
will also support themes but the main goal now is to write the core of the
application wich will parse the files, and output the webpages.
