No it cannot. But you can do it manualy on subversions (removing world
read access + removing anoncvs user from the group) in the same way it's
done for emacs. And you can add a task to ask someone to interface this
facility with the savannah we interface. Even better you can dive in
the pile of savannah PHP pages and do it yourself ;-)
