Right now it seems that it is set up as:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnueval
My only concern about being in the "software" directory is that
sysadmins might think that it is another software package, or maybe if
there is a script or a program that does certain things while
traversing "/software" it will cause some problems.
So if we can change it to:
http://www.gnu.org/evaluation
