Don't worry about the cvsroot change. We will never shutdown a cvsroot
that is in use. The biggest benefit of Savannah is to handle CVS write
access to a project. The project administrator can do it and need not
the root password on the CVS machine. This is *very* convenient on both
sides (user & admin).
