Can we please turn this nuisance off? It is nothing related to the
AGPL in any shape or form.
You even get this utter garbage when doing an rsync?!

sv_membersh is part of Savane.
In order to download the corresponding source code of Savane, run
rsync -avz --cvs-exclude ams@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/opt/src/savane .
...
This is a total misreading of the AGPL and just a waste of peoples
energy.
