I know nothing about that file.  Is it in version control somewhere?

I haven't attacked the download server, which hosts the release mirror
upstream, really at all yet.

That one slipped by me completely.  I would have sworn I had mysql
setup completely on mgt1 already.  But it was not.  I just finished
that part of things just now.  Try it again now.

Feel free to continue to use mgt0 until we can finish obsoleting it.
As I said the main advantage of mgt1 for the moment is that it has a
fully up to date OpenSSH 8.9 on it.
