Follow-up Comment #1, task #15902 (project administration):

1) Fencepost is administered by "accounts" (FSF Admin) not Savannah. So
nothing we can do here about it.  Docs here.

2) I don't follow why there would be need for a fencepost account for guix-ci
for this?  Could you say some more about what you are trying to set up?  Such
as why doesn't the system that is doing the continuous integration builds send
email?  Note that Savannah systems send a lot of email but none of them have
matching accounts on fencepost.
