Follow-up Comment #2, task #14630 (project administration):

I am 'admin' (maintainer) of group Wget.

But I can't change those headers and footers included by e.g.
<!--#include virtual="/server/header.html" -->

But maybe I misunderstand something here. Either I can just not find how to
edit/update these files or there is another administrative instance I don't
know. Any help appreciated.
