[Savannah-hackers-public] Project evaluation: Ad Reaper

Hi,
Here's an evaluation of the project called Ad Reaper, which hasn't been 
assigned to anyone yet.

Ad Reaper is under a free license, and it fetches data from the EasyList 
repository, which is also under a free license ( 
https://easylist.to/pages/licence.html ).

Ad Reaper has no nonfree dependencies, and is clearly labeled free software. 
The name is somehow clear, in that it has to do with ads.

It might be controversial that a program intended to protect privacy fetches 
data from porn sites, though. But it clearly states that in the description:
