[Savannah-hackers-public] Changing git repository description

I'd like to learn how to solve recurrent issues related to Git
repositories and such, so I can be more helpful as a Savannah hacker.

Can you point out to me how can I change git repository descriptions?
I need this to close support request #108911[0].
