[Savannah-hackers-public] Administrator privilege for project approval

Hello Savannah hackers!

After certifying that the updated tarball provided by the OP of the
Tetrahedrosaur submission[0] is in compliance with our hosting
requirements, I was not able to approve the project.  It seems the
problem is that I'm not an administrator of the administration project,
so the "Become Superuser" option isn't available for me.  May I have
that privilege?
