patches are welcomed.
Note the the *requirement* is compatibility with current and future GPL,
thus GPLv2-or-later, Modified-BSD, Expat, and many other licenses are
acceptable.
Therefor I do not thing the short "requirement" page will likely change.
Other pages can certainly change, please send your suggestions.
