There are only 64 other projects on Savannah with non-empty bzr repos. (There seem to be about 10x as many Git repos.) About 10 of those bzr repos are "active" using the (silly) criteria I previously specified. The remaining 50 probably either switched to another VCS (and migrated or ditched their history), or are not updating any more. So any bzr data will be of only minor historical interest AFAICS. So personally I would not spend too much time on it but obviously YMMV.
