Both of those problems have been fixed. The 2.6.26-2-xen-686 package
wasn't used. It was replaced previously with 2.6.26-5-xen-686 which
is what the system is running but the older -2 was still hanging
around. I purged it.
The pcp package includes the NeedRebuild file but it had been
removed. I restored it to silence the noise.
