Hi Savannah folks,

In the files 

/etc/savane/content/gnu-content/admin/proj_email.txt
/etc/savane/content/nongnu-content/admin/proj_email.txt

I've hardwired savannah urls for the "Project page" item in the welcome
email, since $GLOBALS['sys_home'] is evidently undefined, per Hellekin's
report at http://savannah.gnu.org/task/?12367.

Next time a project submission is approved, could you please ask the
owner to send us a copy of the complete email?  I'd like to see how it
comes out, and make sure I didn't make a mistake editing.  (If the
welcome mail is copied to any mailing list, as it should be, I'm not
seeing it :(.)
