[Savannah-hackers-public] hundreds of forum spams

Hi Michael,

Steve White noticed that his News (forum) items have had spam

This is happening everywhere.  There are dozens of spams being posted
daily as replies on all the savannah administration news items.

I don't doubt that it's happening with (all?) other forums.

We have to make it stop :).  Can we just globally disable replies on
news items going forward?  The way News is used on savannah, I don't
think I've ever seen a legitimate reply.

Clearing out all the existing spam, and all those spam users, is going
to be a pain too.  Any hope of doing anything programmatic there?
