[Savannah-hackers-public] Emacs bzr repository inaccessible

bzr+ssh:// does work, but that only helps the developers with write
access, other users still cannot access the repo.

I tried nosmart+bzr://, and it fails with the same message.

http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/lh/emacs/ does work very well, FWIW.
