For the record, I made some small changes to the left-hand navigation
bar for savannah:

- added Puszca as a "related" forge since Sergey also has a policy of
  only accepting free software and is generally GNU-friendly :).

- removed the extra link for GPLv3, since gplv3.fsf.org is four years
  old.  The link to all the licenses seems sufficient now.

- switched the link for "all gnu packages" from directory.fsf.org/GNU to
  gnu.org/software, since the latter is more easily controlled and updated.

Hope it's ok.
