Uh, how complex is it going to be?  If it's just a matter of upgrading
loggerhead and checking it works then I (or maybe John) could tackle
that.  If there is a lot of Savannah-specific integration or policy I
might be a bit scared :-)

Well, there is 1.18 mentioned by the original post, and then there are
other fixes on trunk after that.  Some code that was unmerged or in
Launchpad-only branches is now getting finished off or integrated,
plus John and Max have done some new work.
