Follow-up Comment #6:

Hi Paul,

Using the admin interface it is not possible to change the owner of an
anonymous bug: it says "Submitted by:           None" and the field is not 
editable.
So I am doing as you suggest and closing the task without doing anything; you
can submit the bug against Savannah if you think this is desirable. Thanks!
