As the "troll" seems a free software new and ignorant user and this is
him first "spam" I just make a warring
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?28409#comment5).
If he continue spamming only let us know to take the appropiate
action.
As administrator/moderator/mantainer can be good to assume good will
the first time, and take action the second.
