Please check:
https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=5828
To recover a repository, just 'mv' it.
IN ALL CASES, please make sure you update
/vservers/vcs-noshell/srv/recovery.txt so we keep track of which
repositories are restored from where.
I have a dozen or so CVS projects that should all be restored from the
5/27 backup (hard to imagine anyone choosing anything else at this
point). I'd be happy to do them myself (and help with other user
requests), but unfortunately "just 'mv' it" isn't enough info for me.
I looked around on the server and see the various NFS mounts, but I
can't tell what's where. Sorry. And since the nfs mounts are
readonly, mv (vs. cp) seems doubtful anyway. Making me think I don't
understand anything about how this stuff was made available.
If it's more trouble to explain than to just do it yourself, just say
and I'll submit the request normally.
Thanks,
Karl
