[Savannah-hackers-public] moving wiki pages

I just created a tiny https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/VServers 
because I was tired of seeing the (?) after "VServers".  However, it put
it under ProjectApproval -> ApprovingSubmission -> VServers, based on
where I had clicked from.  I was not expecting this.

Can it be moved (e.g., under SavannahArchitecture)?

Sorry for my ignorance/stupidity.
