[Savannah-hackers-public] [gnu.org #374779] Commits to the "www" web repository do not propagate

Yeah, it was an ownership problem on nadesico. I've fixed it, and now
commits properly lead to updates.

The cron jobs are disabled.

All should be good now, but if you see strange things, do let us know.
