    * In the "Original Submission" cell type "official GNU".
    * Use logical "OR" between 'Summary' and 'Original Submission'
      searches.

    Of course, the list of the current 10 projects is "slightly" bogus as
    sometimes users specify "Official GNU software" without much thinking.

We should tell them they have to be evaluated first, or resubmit without
proposing to be GNU.

    And there are some PHP warnings too, most probably harmless.
