I think it's good to have the 'nongnu.org' URL, because this prevents
people from believing a non-GNU project is GNU. When people see
something at gnu.org, they usually assume endorsement (I even remember
a teacher believing flex was GNU because it was hosted somewhere at
ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/).
