Can someone with superuser privileges to the site go through and  
properly reject the projects that have been closed?

It's sorta my pet peeve that they're still technically open even  
after I've closed the tracker. (BTW, I'm having trouble sending
with my normal adress which is why its coming from my very old email  
@aol.com. I've signed it with my normal GPG key to
prove who I am).
