Sylvain, how do you wish to maintain the list of nongnu mirrors?
Do you want to do it on savannah, or shall we set up a parallel process
to the ftp mirrors for the webmasters to do?

A fellow in Greece(*) told us he had set this up;

Happily, as far as I can tell it is staying up-to-date.
