[Savannah-hackers-public] Git support at Savannah

Hi,

I think I have a usable version of the Savane clean-up branch now, and
I implemented basic Git support in it.

(I also updated git&gitweb to 1.5.2.2 btw).

I'm thinking of dubbing Git "supported" at Savannah, and activatable
through this new/ interface (Project->Main->Active features).


Do you think everything is ready for it?
