We're now using a new backend process that disables mailing lists marked as
'deleted' in your project's admin area.
Lists are only disabled - that is, the Mailman interface is still
functionnal, the archives are kept, but they reject new mail.
If your list was marked at deleted but you are still using it, please contact
us (https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration) so we re-enable
it.
The good news is that you now can request a password change via the interface
as well :)
