Well that's the very beginning of the procedure.
You need to follow the instructions on:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/cvs/?group=emarks
that is, checkout the repository:
cvs -z3 -d address@hidden:/web/emarks co emarks
edit index.html & others
check-in:
cvs commit index.html
and wait for the hourly replication.
