Hi,
Setting 'ccvs' as an exception default CVS module name prevented the
'cvs' project source repository from being created.
This is because:
1) such exceptions should not be used
2) should match the group configuration (-> full path and tag for name
substitution: /cvsroot/%PROJECT/ccvs)
I removed this exception and the backend created the source repository
:)
People still can create an alternate top-level repository (cvs import
... || cvs co . && cvs add ccvs).
