You should get a more recent copy of the code at

Look like your database is not conform to the current structure. You
should upgrade you whole savannah install, including the database.
If you have lot of data (not a recent install), we can provide you
some migration script that proved to work at savannah.gnu.org and
savannah.cern.ch perfectly, for a migration from an old database to a
new one.
