Log message:
        The frontend no longer take account of the is_homepage_on_cvs field: 
this field is used by the backend to determine whether a CVSROOT must be 
created or not, so it may be possible to use the viewcvs url but not the 
is_homepage_on_cvs setting (the case for project at www.gnu.org that are all 
under the same directory).
