Follow-up Comment #21, bug #58248 (project reproduce):

Thanks a lot Raul, this is indeed very strange! We'll have to see what part of
its build process its linking with your system's libncurses. Can you re-build
Bash and upload the full build commands (from the configure phase to the part
it finishes building Bash). Also the `config.log' file and `Makefile'.

I had a look in the source of Bash and found this line in
`support/shobj-conf', but I am not sure how relevant it is in this case, we
need to see the outputs above.


SHLIB_LIBS='-lncurses'  # see if -lcurses works on MacOS X 10.1 


It would also be helpful to see what libncurses components are actually
installed:


ls -l .local/lib/libncurses*
