Details:

Since version 0.26.2, libgit2 has had two major releases and several bug
fixes, so it is timely to update it in the template also.

If you want to preserve the reproducibility of your results (and not change
the libgit2 version in your template, please manually set it back to 0.26.0
after merging the "template" branch into your master branch.
