as the definition of 'nonsharing' is not going to be obvious to
people, this patch should have another iteration

if 'nonsharing' is not synonymous with 'proprietary', then that
term in A4.1, could be a hyper-link to its definition - i am not
familiar with 'nonsharing', as a well-defined concept, or if it
is defined elsewhere on the gnu.org website - my clone of www/
does not contain that term

if 'nonsharing' is synonymous with 'proprietary', i suggest that
the term: 'proprietary' would be much more obvious to people
