One more suggestion:
for Gitlab, change "All JavaScript code served to the client is free,
but does not work with LibreJS enabled" into this:
"While all important site functionality works without JavaScript, the
JavaScript that is served to the client is not recognized as free by
LibreJS (although the reviewers verified the free status otherwise)."
The reason is "All JavaScript code served to the client is free" does
not address the criteria directly, it is a parenthetical. Since LibreJS
doesn't recognize it, it doesn't pass, and it's just an aside that we
verified it's freeness.
