[rdiff-backup-users] UpdateError on files that shouldn't have changed

I'm trying to back up my server to S3 via an s3fs mount.

A large number of files are failing with the UpdateError ... does not match source error even though I know these files haven't changed since the backup started.

 rdiff-backup -v 9 /var/www/backup/db /mnt/s3/db
