[rdiff-backup-users] Rdiff-backup versions 1.2.8 and 1.3.3 released

Hello everyone,

There have been a few bug fixes in the past two weeks, so I figured it  
was time for a new release, so the fixes don't languish in CVS. I'll  
be traveling for the next few days, so hopefully the changes don't  
break anything. :-)

The changelog for both 1.2.8 and 1.3.3 is the same.
