Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26699 (project rdiff-backup):
A related problem occurs with Unicode characters in the name. On windows, I
do an rdiff-backup, and when restoring to Linux I get the error:
A regular file was indicated by the metadata, but could not be constructed
from existing increments because last increment had type None. Warning: Hash
da39a....0709 doesn't match recorded hash xxxxx
Interestingly, the same hash is indicated on the three files reporting this
error, even though the three names are different and the contents of the three
files are different.
