Details:

The file in question has an update date in the year 2106.
It causes rdiff-backup to stop immediately while processing this file for
copy.
It is true would rdiff-backup create the initial copy OR create an
increment.
Please see attached files for additional details.

Windows: XP SP 3 French localisation
rdiff-backup: rdiff-backup 1.3.3

list-rep.txt lists all files of the directory, I extracted the bad file into
line.txt.
