Details:

It is work on Linux-to Linux backup as expected.
It is also work, when on Windows rdiff-backup functional under cygwin, so, in
this case I use Linux style path like /cygdrive/d/...

When try using native windows port of rdiff-backup (due tu steep into version
1.2.1 and have not this version under cygwin, and also it is have not
compatibility with 1.1.15). It seems to worked when I do local backup on
Windows machine, but completely ignored when I try backup to Linux.

I have tried several ways to set up it:
Like:
 --exclude=**/HuSMPP.exe/Debug/*
and like
--exclude=**\\HuSMPP.exe\\Debug\\*
