And the reason is right at the top of the output:

Warning: Local version 1.2.1 does not match remote version 1.1.5. 


You need install version 1.2.0 or 1.2.1 on the remote version.

1.1.5 is very old and from early in the development branch. If you use
versions from the stable branch (1.2.x), you will be ok.
