[RP] [PATCH] work around buggy xine

Attached patch looks for the root window geting the focus and then gives
the focus back to the window that should have it. This works around
buggy programs like (at least old, did not try newer versionsi of) xine,
that focus the root window when the window is destroyed. As ratpoison
has already focused another window by that time, funny things can
happen without that, like suddenly having focus-follows-rat.

There are also some other effects of xine, which sometimes even lead to
an unresponsive ratpoison, but I could not get any scheme to get
reproduce them, so I do not know if that is also fixed by the patch.
