Hi Jonathan,

ratpoison CVS is still a bit unstable from the new argument code. I'd
like to wait a bit longer before making a release.

I plan to make a 1.4.0-beta1 release when we've worked out these
argument bugs. I imagine that will happen in about a week.

I'm also no longer in Vancouver, so you'll have to mail those beers :).
