   though.

   Maybe I only previewed it and the state dies when I had an power
   outage.  Bugger.

If you'd be so kind as to try again ... or just send the info to the
mailing list; 't'would be appreciated.

BTW, I usually edit the things on the wiki w/ Emacs (invoked from
w/i Lynx); the buffers I'm working on are written out to the tmp
directory, so in event of a server disaster, what I wrote can
usu. be resurrected.

I don't have fortune installed. 

Anyway -- question -- is it weird that

 alias zippy exec /sw/bin/ratpoison -c "echo `/Users/arided/bin/zippy`"

doesn't work

when

 /Users/arided/bin/zippy

or even

 /sw/bin/ratpoison -c "echo `/Users/arided/bin/zippy`"

does work?

Also,

 alias zippy exec /sw/bin/ratpoison -c "echo $(/Users/arided/bin/zippy)"

does not work.

However,

 alias moo exec /sw/bin/ratpoison -c "echo $(/sw/bin/cowsay moo)"

*does* work.  RP seems not to like to echo content produced by
scripts that reside in my ~/bin/ directory.  Any idea why?
